5:30 pm - 7 pm - Welcome Reception (if sponsored)

Tuesday, March 24
7:00 am - 8:00 am - Breakfast
9:30 am - 10:00 am - Mid morning coffee break
11:15 am - 12:15 pm - Lunch 
1:45 pm - 2:15 pm - Break

Wednesday, March 25
7:00 am - 8:30 am - Breakfast
9:45 am - 10:15 am - Mid morning coffee break
11:45 am - 1:00 pm - Lunch (if sponsored)
2:15 pm – 2:45 pm - Break
2:46 pm - 6:00 pm - Move Out

Standard Booth Fees

  • 10x10 booth $1,650 ($16.50 sq. ft.)
  • 3’ draped sidewalls and 8’ back drape
  • Additional carpeting costs will not be incurred since the convention center is carpeted!
  • One (1) full conference registration & one (1) booth badge (exhibit hall only) for staff per 10’x10’ booth space. (Additional booth badges may be purchased for $50 a day).
  • One (1) complimentary wireless internet connection per booth
  • Any meals and breaks provided in the expo hall
  • Listing in the online Exhibitor Directory on www.perrc.org
  • Company listing in the event manual
  • List of attendees who have opted in will be provided after the event
  • Booth identification sign with company name & booth number
  • Consortium registrations at a reduced rate for additional staff at $350 per person
  • If staying at the host hotel complimentary internet in your sleeping room
